Here's what you get:

• We help you choose the domain name (the name of your website) and register it for you in your name.
• We will set up your website on a web host (the computer server that stores your website ) for the first 12 months.
• We will interview you by telephone to learn everything we can about your farm, your family, and your objectives for the website. (Click here to see a sample of the survey.)
• You'll send us your photos to put on the website. We would prefer digital photos, but also accept your photographs and snapshots by mail. (We'll return them within a couple of weeks, honest!)

• We'll point you in the right direction!

  We will write the copy for your website. As AgriMarketing professionals, we'll use the same techniques and skills that Eckert AgriMarketing includes in our books and workshops, so your copy will stand out!
• We'll review the final draft of the website with you, making the adjustments you ask for before putting your website on the world wide web.
• We provide you with suggestions and ideas regarding how to promote your website, list it on the search engines, and how to request links from other area and regional farm and tourism sites, directing traffic back to your new website.
• Typically websites should be updated to coincide with your major season and special events on your farm. You will be able to contact us at any time to request updates and additions to your website. You will be billed only for actual time at our regular hourly rate. Updates are typically completed within 2 working days of the request.
• The bottom line: Your startup website, for 12 months only $1195.00. You pay $595* when the agreement is signed, and the balance when the website is approved and put online. Remember, most other web designers require that you do all the writing. This price includes professional writing and layout at no additional charge.

Time and time again, we hear from people who "can't get the webmaster to update our pages." Call us today to find out how very little it will cost to keep your website updated, make major additions, provide additional pages, or revamp your entire site. We can quote you a package price, or work for you at our hourly rate. It's your choice, because we work for you!

Note: After the first twelve months, there is a fee to continue your annual web hosting charges and routine updates. We can quote you a package price at renewal time, or bill you only for webhosting plus actual work done. If you do not wish to extend your agreement after the 12 months, you may transfer your website to another web host or maintain the site on your own.
